image Join us for our webinar to learn about recent research development on pain in Schwannomatosis, “A Possible Mechanism for Pain in Schwannomatosis” presented by Dr. Larry Sherman, Professor of Cell and Developmental Biology at Oregon Health & Science University and a Senior Scientist in the Division of Neuroscience at the Oregon National Primate Research Center. Dr. Sherman will discuss his research on the role of a gene, called SNF5 (also called INI1 and SMARCB1), in schwannomatosis. His recent studies have focused on how disruption of this gene in schwannomatosis may contribute to pain. The studies have the potential to lead to new strategies for pain management in schwannomatosis patients.

The webinar will be held on November 17, 2010 at 4 p.m. Pacific time, 6 p.m. Central time and 7 p.m. Eastern time. Spaces for this webinar are very limited, so please RSVP to NF, Inc.
